We have been serving the State of Florida since 1982. The construction code in our state is the most stringent of any state. When you choose a draftsman, or purchase plans, make sure that they are/from a knowledgeable "Florida Draftsman". Most plans that are purchased over the web DO NOT meet our states rigorous codes. We can turn most of our custom home plans around in less than 2 weeks. Please let us know how we may serve your drafting needs. Oh by the way, we UPS them right to your door. Engineer stamped and sealed, ready to build.
